We hope you love everything you order from leset. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.
DOMESTIC RETURNS
We accept refunds and exchanges for eligible U.S. orders returned in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.
Returned items must:
- Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Include all original tags and original packaging
- Be free of stains, odors, makeup marks, or signs of wear
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
All sale items, gift cards, accessories, and products marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.
No exceptions.
EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges for eligible domestic orders based on product availability.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your financial institution may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return packages.
